FAQ's
Welcome to our FAQ, we are so happy to have you here and as a client.
We have tried to answer the most common questions.
Orders & Payments
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and helps you track orders faster and store shipping details for future purchases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and the payment methods displayed at checkout (availability may vary by country and currency). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. During checkout, enter your billing details (private or business). If you need specific invoice notes, add them in the order notes or contact us right after purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from, and which countries do you deliver to?
We ship throughout Europe and beyond. The shipping location and available delivery options are indicated at checkout based on the destination and items in your cart.
How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance (for non-EU destinations) and peak periods.
Frequently Will I receive tracking? What if my package arrives damaged? question
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
If the package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and include:
- photos of the outer box (all sides)
- photos of the internal packaging
- photos of the item and any damage
This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product? Within how many days?
For standard (non-custom) items, returns are generally accepted within the period stated in our Returns Policy. Items must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and accessories.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our side or a verified shipping damage/defect. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timeframe stated in our Returns Policy. Your bank/payment provider may take additional days to post the credit.
Are custom / built-to-order items returnable?
Customised, personalised, or built-to-order items are generally non-returnable, except in cases covered by warranty or manufacturing defect. Please read the Returns Policy before placing a custom order.
Warranty & Support
What warranty do you offer, and what does it cover?
Our products are covered by warranty according to the terms in our Warranty Policy.
In general, warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It typically does not cover wear items (e.g., tubes), accidental damage, improper use, unauthorised modifications, or incorrect impedance/voltage setups.
How do I request support or start a warranty claim (RMA)?
Contact us through our support channel and include:
- order number
- product serial number (if applicable)
- a clear description of the issue
- photos/videos (when relevant)
We’ll guide you through troubleshooting and, if needed, provide RMA instructions.
Technical Essentials
How do I match amp and cabinet impedance (4/8/16Ω)?
Always match the amp’s speaker output to the cabinet’s impedance rating. If you’re using multiple cabinets, total impedance changes depending on wiring and cabinet specs.
If you’re unsure, contact us before powering on, running a tube amp with the wrong load can cause damage.
Can I use the amplifier in another country (230V / 120V)?
Only if the unit is built/configured for the local mains voltage. Using the wrong voltage can seriously damage the amplifier. If you travel or relocate, contact us first so we can advise the correct solution.
TECHNICAL CORNER
Class A vs Class A/B — What’s the difference in feel and tone?
Class A amps tend to feel smoother and more touch-sensitive, with a naturally compressed response. Class A/B amps typically feel tighter and more dynamic, with more headroom and punch—especially at higher power levels.
PCB vs Handwired — Does it affect tone or reliability?
Both can sound excellent. The real difference is build philosophy: PCB is about consistency and repeatability; handwired focuses on craftsmanship and serviceability. Reliability depends more on design, components, and assembly quality than the method alone.
Why use a Line Mixer in a complex rig?
A line mixer lets you run effects in parallel, blending dry and wet signals cleanly. This helps preserve your core tone, control levels precisely, and build flexible setups like stereo, wet/dry, or wet/dry/wet rigs.
Traditional speaker vs IR — Which is better?
A real speaker cabinet moves air and interacts with the room—great feel, classic response, but loud and less repeatable. IRs capture a specific cab/mic sound digitally—silent, consistent, and extremely flexible for recording and modern stages.
What’s the advantage of MIDI in a tube amp?
MIDI lets you switch channels and functions (boost, reverb, etc.) instantly via presets—so your amp and effects change together with one command, improving speed, consistency, and live control.
