Repairs & Service

Even the most reliable gear may need attention over time. Submit a service request and our team will guide you through troubleshooting, shipping, and repair options.

Quick checks (often fixes it fast)

  • Try a different instrument cable and speaker cable (not the same cable type).
  • If it’s a tube amp: many issues come from tube wear—check for microphonic/noisy tubes.
  • Confirm correct impedance and proper speaker/load connection.
  • If you’re using pedals/loop: test the amp with nothing in front / nothing in the loop.

Safety note (important):

Tube amplifiers contain lethal voltages even when unplugged. Do not open the chassis. Service must be performed by qualified technicians.

How service works

  1. Submit the form with your product details and symptoms.
  2. We review and reply with troubleshooting steps or next actions.
  3. If needed, we issue an RMA and shipping instructions (packaging guidelines included).
  4. Diagnostics: we confirm the fault and, if out of warranty, provide a quote before proceeding.
  5. Repair & return: once completed, we ship it back with tracking.

Turnaround: Typical turnaround depends on workload and parts availability. We’ll always confirm an estimate after diagnostics.
